“She came to every venue meeting fully prepared and asked all of the right questions. A month before our wedding the venue manager we were working with left and I was so thankful to have Olivia bridge the gap with the venue and make sure they had all of the correct info with our new temporary contact at the venue. We had a couple disagreements with the venue and Olivia went to bat for us. Planning a wedding is stressful, and it was so nice to have someone else looking out for us.
The day-of Olivia handled everything seamlessly. It was great to have someone to relay info to the venue/vendors for any of our needs. I felt so relaxed knowing I had someone to set up and take down my decor for me instead of asking my wedding party. The next morning she had everything boxed up and already on a luggage cart for us which was amazing.
